Bristol Tennessee And Virginia City Leaders Have Their Eyes On The Future. Both City Councils Held A Joint Work Session Recently Regarding The Possible Redevelopment Of West State Street. Three Proposals Were Made, All Of Which Have Goals To Reduce Traffic Congestion And Simplify Street Layouts While Enhancing Public Safety. No Action Was Taken On Choosing A Plan. Both Councils Are Expected To Meet Later.
