The Project Will Expand The Building, Adding Courtrooms And Space For The Kingsport Police Department. Kingsport Police Deputy Chief Jason Bellamy Says The Renovations Will Address Safety Issues And Improve Efficiency. The Project, Overseen By Deputy City Manager Ryan McReynolds, Will Take 960 Days To Complete, With Preston Construction Company Handling The Contract.
