The Vice-Chairman Of The Smyth County School Board Has Been Arrested And Charged With Child Exploitation According To The DOJ. Todd Steward Williams Was Taken Into Custody At His Home. He Allegedly Spent More Than $10,000 Between May 2022 And January 2024 To Purchase Nude Images And Sexually Explicit Videos Of Child Victims. Williams Enticed At Least Six Victims During That Time. The Investigation Came After A 15-Year-Old Described Williams Approaching Him In A Chat Room Offering To Pay For Nude Photos. The FBI Is Currently Investigating.
