Adkins Has Over 30 Years Of Legal Experience. His Appointment Will Be Effective August 21st. Meanwhile, City Officials Passed A Resolution To Donate $50,000 To The Friends Of The Kingsport Library And Agreed To Sublease Space At The Fort Henry Mall To House The Kingsport Library During Renovations To The Current Location.
