The Naifeh Center For Effective Leadership, In Partnership With The University Of Tennessee Institute Of Agriculture And The Tennessee Department Of Agriculture, Has Launched The Tennessee Agriculture And Forestry Leadership Program (TAFLP). This 18-Month Initiative Offers Farmers And Foresters Leadership Training And Networking Opportunities. Participants Will Enhance Communication, Leadership, And Strategic Planning Skills Through State And National Industry Tours.Applications For The Program Are Open, And Candidates Involved In Farming Or Related Industries Are Encouraged To Apply.
