The People Incorporated Head Start Program In Washington County Virginia Is Moving Its Centers In Abingdon And Lebanon To Larger Facilities. President And CEO, Bryan Phipps, Said Services Are Geared Toward Making Sure Children Have Access To Early Learning Experiences Which Helps Prepare Them. The Additional Space Will Allow For Services To Be Provided Most Of The Day. The Lebanon Facility Will Open August 19th And The Abingdon Location Is Expected To Open Later This Fall.
