In Washington County, Tennessee, 59 Building Permits Have Been Issued During The Month Of July. The Total Value Of Those Issued Came To $12.7 Million Dollars. Of Those Permits, 26 Were For Single-Family Home Construction. There Were Also Permits Issued For Six Manufactured Homes, Accessory Structures, And Two Commercial Buildings. The Fees Collected For Those Projects Were Just Over 51-Thousand Dollars.
