A Fort Blackmore Virginia Couple Accused In The Death Of A 7-Week Old Baby Are Facing Upgraded Charges. 19-Year-Old Hannah Davidson And 19-Year-Old Michael Finley, Have Been Charged With Felony Homicide And Second-Degree Murder Following The Death Of Davidson’s Seven-Week-Old Daughter. The Couple Was Initially Arrested In July For Child Abuse And Neglect. The Child Was Flown To Niswonger Children’s Hospital After She Stopped Breathing On July 22 And Died Three Days Later. Authorities Are Awaiting An Autopsy Report To Determine The Cause Of Death And Are Verifying Finley’s Claim Of Being The Child’s Father. Davidson And Finley Will Be Arraigned Today.
