The Johnson City Police Department And Niswonger Children’s Hospital Have Relaunched The “Caring Cops” Program To Bring Joy To Children Undergoing Treatment. Originally Started In 2007 By Officer Jim Brown, The Program Features Officers Visiting The Hospital Once A Month With A Wagon Full Of Gifts. Master Police Officer Briana Mannering Will Be Overseeing The Relaunch.
