There Are Several Hotly Contested Races In Sullivan County, Including The GOP Primary Race For The 4th District State Senate Seat Between Incumbent Jon Lundberg And His Challenger, Bobby Harshbarger. Another Contested Race Is For The 5th District Seat On The Board Of Education. There Are Several Constable Races As Well. In Washington County Tennessee, Voters Will Decide On Two Referendums, One To Allow A Single Publication Of The Proposed Budget And Allow Adoption Of City Ordinances After Two Readings. Polls Open This Morning At 8 O’clock And Will Close This Evening At 8pm.
