Johnson City Police Have Arrested A Man In Connection With A Shed Fire. 38-Year-Old Paul Rutherford Is Charged With Arson And Resisting Arrest After Police Responded To A Home On West Unaka Avenue In Regards To A Shed That Had Caught Fire. Officers Found Probable Cause That Rutherford Was Allegedly Responsible And He Resisted When They Attempted To Take Him Into Custody. He’s Being Held In The County Detention Center.
