The Truck, Driven By Robenson Vertus Of Connecticut, Veered Off Interstate 26. The Suit Also Names The Company That Owned The Truck. Vertus Is Charged With Criminally Negligent Homicide. Vertus Is Set To Be Arraigned On The Charges In Unicoi County Circuit Court Next Month. No Court Date Has Been Set As To When The Civil Suit Will Be Heard In Federal Court.
