A Former Associate Director Of Virginia’s Office Of Emergency Medical Services Entered A Guilty Plea To Embezzling Over 4-Million Dollars Over Three Years.  Adam Lamar Harrell Admitted To Mail Fraud, Tax Evasion, And Stealing Form A Federal Program.  He Faces Up To 35 Years In Prison And Will Be Sentenced In November.  The Embezzlement Is Part Of A Larger $33-Million Financial Crisis For The Office Of EMS.  Harrell Created A Fake Company To Bill Fraudulent Invoices And Used The Money To Buy Luxury Items.  He Has Been Released On Several Conditions, Including Surrendering His Passport.
