A Greeneville Water Commission Employee Is Recovering Today After Falling Into A Well. Scott Dunbar, An Employee Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant, Was Conducting A Routine Maintenance Inspection Of A Sewer Pump Station When A Concrete Pad Gave Way, Causing Him To Fall About 20 Feet. Two Other Men Were Able To Get A Harness Around Dunbar And Lift Him Out. He Was Airlifted To An Area Hospital And His Condition Is Unknown.
