A Juvenile Suspect Is In Custody In Tennessee Following A Knife Attack On A Chilhowie Virginia Gas Station Clerk This Past Weekend. Chilhowie Police Said A Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Spotted A Vehicle Swerving While Using A Cell Phone And Attempted A Traffic Stop. The Driver Began A Reckless Pursuit But He Was Quickly Taken Into Custody. The Juvenile Was Identified As A Missing Runaway From Massachusetts. The Juvenile Is Awaiting Extradition To Virginia On A Charge Of Attempted First Degree Murder And Is Also Facing Charges In Tennessee. He’s Being Held In The Juvenile Detention Center In Johnson City.
