A Carter County Grand Jury Has Indicted Two Caregivers Following An Investigation Into Reports Of Neglect Of An Adult. The TBI’s Medicaid Fraud Control Division Launched The Probe Into 45 Year Old Kwabena Kwakye And 25 Year Old Polly Ridinger, After Receiving A Referral From Adult Protective Services. They Were Employed By Support Solutions Of Greeneville. The Two Have A $5,000 Bond Set.
