Two Caregivers In Carter County Have Been Indicted On Neglecting A Vulnerable Adult. Kwabena Kwakye And Polly Ridinger Were Charged After An Investigation By Authorities Revealed That One Caregiver Had Been In An Accident And Fled The Scene With The Victim, While The Second Caregiver Let The Victim Leave The Home Naked. Both Were Employed By Support Solutions Of Greeneville. The Incidents Were Reported By Adult Protective Services.
