Prosecutors Said 54 Year Old Melissa Bandy Accessed Prescription Drugs Through Black Market Websites Specializing In Products Manufactured Overseas. Most Of The Drugs Required Needle Injection. Bandy Will Be Sentenced On October 1st In Federal Court.
