Election Officials With The City Of Bristol Virginia Are Working To Add A Fifth Voting Precinct. This Comes At The Request Of General Registrar, Blakely Morris, Who Said The Current Four Precincts Are Quickly Approaching The State’s Maximum Allowed Number Of Voters, Which Is 5-Thousand Per Precinct. The Fifth Would Be Located At Highlands Fellowship Church On Commerce Court. It Will Be Used In The November 5th General Election. Notices To Those Affected Voters Are Being Mailed Out.
