Three Sullivan County Elementary Schools Will Be Offering Bible Classes During School Hours, But It Won’t Happen On School Property. Third, Fourth And Fifth Graders Will Be Offered Off-Campus Bible Based Released Time Classes Once A Month Starting In September Of This Year And Running Through March. The Program Will Be Operated By The Children’s Bible Ministry Of East Tennessee. The Elementary Schools Being Offered The Courses Will Be Bluff City, Mary Hughes And Emmett. Under Tennessee Law, Parents Or Guardians Would Have To Authorize Participation By Signing Permission Forms.
