A Gate City Man Is Facing Charges In Two States After He Led Police On A High Speed Chase, Crashed Into A Police Car, And Then Crashed His Own Car. Christopher Quillen Went In Excess Of 100 Miles Per Hour Through Weber City And Kingsport. Quillen Lost Control At The Exit 3 Off-Ramp As It Made A Right At The Intersection Where He Collided With An Officer Before Crashing Shortly After. There Were No Injuries But The Police Car Was A Total Loss.
