A Johnson City Man Accused Of Assaulting A Female Remains In The Washington County Detention Center. 29 Year Old Aaron Thomas Is Charged With Aggravated Assault. Officers Responded To A Domestic Disturbance At A Home On West Market Street. Authorities Said Thomas Allegedly Strangled A Woman By Holding His Foot On Her Neck And Had Hit Her Child. The Woman And Child Were Able To Make It To Safety. Thomas Will Appear In Court Soon.
