It May Be Summer But Kingsport Is Getting In The Holiday Spirit Early With Their “Christmas In July” Event At The Kingsport Carousel. The Event Starts At 11:30am At The Carousel On Clinchfield Street. There Will Be Christmas Decorations, Popsicles,Face Painting, And Even Snow For The First Hour. The Event Takes Place Until 5pm.
