The Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office Has Arrested A Fugitive From North Carolina Wanted For Felony Indecent Liberties With A Child. 58 Year Old Raymond Edward Harmon Jr. Of Hickory Was Stopped On Highway 107 For Expired Tags. Deputies Allegedly Found Guns In The Vehicle And Harmon Was Charged With Two Counts Of Being A Convicted Felon In Possession Of A Weapon. Harmon Is Awaiting Extradition Back To North Carolina.
