No Foul Play Is Suspected In The Death Of A Carter County Inmate. Officers Were Alerted, After A Cellmate Couldn’t Awaken The Inmate. Medical Personnel Were Called. The Inmate Was Pronounced Dead A Short Time Later At An Area Hospital. Authorities Are Awaiting The Results Of An Autopsy. His Identity Has Not Been Released.
