Greeneville Municipal Airport Authorities Say They Are Still On Track For A July 21st Closure To Address Much Needed Repairs. The Airport Has To Close Access To The Runway And Buildings In Order To Complete The Projects That Include A Threshold Displacement, Rehabilitating The Apron Around The Older T-Hangars To Correct Flooding Issues, Asphalt Resealing, And Remarking The Runway. The Airport Says They Are Working With Tdot To Minimize Impact On Airport Users. Airport Manager Angela Alley Says The Closure Will Last Until September.
