The Mosheim Library Will Receive $7,439 To Assist With Digital Literacy Instructors, Wi-Fi Hotspots, And Internal Internet Connections. The Greeneville-Greene County Library Will Receive Almost $2,000 For Digital Literacy Instructors. Tops Grants Are Funded By The Tennessee Department Of Economic And Community Development. Sixty Public Libraries In Tennessee Will Receive The $394,000 Grant Focused On Increasing Access To Technology.
