Mikayla Evans Alleges That Police Failed To Investigate Her Fall From Sean Williams Fifth Floor Apartment In 2020 That Indirectly Led To His Eventual Sexual Assault Charges. The Lawsuit Also Claims That Williams Attempted To Assault Her And During The Altercation Pushed Her Out Of The Apartment Window. Evans Nearly Died From The Fall. Johnson City Has Deny Previous Allegations. No Trial Date Has Been Set.
