A Teen Accused In An Armed Carjacking In Johnson City Is Being Held At The Upper East Tennessee Regional Juvenile Detention Facility. It Happened In The 2900 Block Of Plymouth Road. The Victim Told Police He Was Sitting In His Car When The Suspect Approached, Put A Gun To His Head And Demanded He Get Out. The Suspect Then Drove Away In The Vehicle. The 17 Year Old Suspect Was Located, Along With The Car, At A House In Jonesborough. He’s Charged With Carjacking And Theft Over $2,500.
