The Probe Discovered The Incidents Of Harassment Included A Mock Slave Auction To Sell Black Students To Their White Counterparts, White Students Using Derogatory Slang, And Collectively Creating A Racially Hostile Environment. Federal Prosecutors Commended Hawkins County School Leaders For Cooperating In The Investigation. Under The Agreement, Hawkins County Schools Must Implement Significant Reforms.
