An Observant Virginia State Trooper Was Able To Rescue A Woman In Bristol Virginia Who Had Been Abducted Out Of North Carolina. A BOLO Was Issued On A Gray Dodge Hornet Wanted By The Fayetteville Police Department In Connection With The Kidnapping Of An 18 Year Old Female. The Trooper Spotted The Vehicle And Conducted A Traffic Stop Off Exit 7 Of Interstate 81. Tierstan Cochran Was Safely Found In The Vehicle. Four Suspects Have Been Taken Into Custody And Charges Are Pending.
