Virginia State Police Have Released The Names Of Those Killed In An Ambulance Crash In Buchanan County. It Happened Tuesday Afternoon On Route 460 Near The Intersection With Rocklick Road. The Driver And Passenger In A Mini Cooper, 50 Year Old Carl Skeens Of Grundy And 56 Year Old Donald Stiltner Of Big Rock, Died At The Scene After Crashing Into An Ambulance. Police Said Neither Was Wearing A Seatbelt. Three People In The Ambulance Were Taken To An Area Hospital For Treatment Of Non-Life Threatening Injuries. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
