However, The City Denies The Allegations, Saying No Evidence Has Been Presented To Support Such Claims. Two Lawsuits, One By A Former Federal Prosecutor And Another From Williams’ Alleged Victims, Claims Johnson City Police Failed To Investigate The Allegations And Enabled Williams’ By Corruptly Conspiring To Obstruct Any Investigation. Williams Is Set To Stand Trial On The Escape Charges On July 16th. The Child Porn Case Is Set For Trial On August 27th.
