The Downtown Centre Will Soon Be Open For Visitors To Park On Weekends. Starting May 31st The Parking Garage Located On The Corner Of E. Market And Buffalo Streets Will Be Available To Park For Free From The Hours Of 6pm Until Midnight On Friday Noon Till Midnight On Saturday And Noon Until 6pm On Sunday. The Building Will Be Open For Parking As A Trial Run For The Next Nine Weeks. The Jcda Will Consider The Impact At A Meeting In July.
