The Re-Testing Window For The Tennessee TCAP Test Is Now Open. Third And Fourth Grade Students Who Under-performed In The English Language Arts Portion Of The Exam Are Taking It A Second Time. If They Fail During Their Second Attempt, Students Will Have To Go Through Tutoring Or Attend Summer School The Tennessee Department Of Education Is Withholding The Number Of Students Facing Retention In Third And Fourth Grade Until June 24th.
