A Blountville Man Accused Of Assaulting A Female With His Vehicle Has Been Arrested In Johnson City. 43 Year Old Rusty Harrison Is Charged With Aggravated Assault And Vandalism Over A Thousand. Officers Responded To A Parking Lot On Peoples Street In Reference To A Domestic Disturbance. A Woman Told Police Harrison Had Been Following Her In His Vehicle. An Investigation Revealed He Allegedly And Intentionally Struck Her Vehicle With His, Pushing Her Vehicle Into A Light Pole. Harrison Was Arrested A Short Time Later. He Will Appear In Court Soon.
