Johnson City Police Are Investigating An Incident In Which Two Pedestrians Were Struck By A Car In The Downtown Area. It Happened Last Night In The Crosswalk At The West State Of Franklin And Buffalo Street Area. The Driver Of The Vehicle Was Reportedly Issued Citations For Failure To Yield And Violation Of Prohibited Use Of A Mobile Device While Driving. The Two Pedestrians Were Treated For Minor Injuries At An Area Hospital.
