A Rezoning Request For A Proposed Rock Quarry Off Sullivan Gardens Parkway In Kingsport Has Been Withdrawn For The Time Being. Vic Davis Had Requested 90 Acres Of Land Be Rezoned In Order To Establish The Horse Creek Rock Quarry, But Has Requested The Delay. Sullivan County Leaders Will Take Up The Issue Next Month.
