A Wise County Man Has Been Arrested After A Shooting. Wise County Deputies Responded To The Call At 1222 Nightingale Lane In Coeburn. 63 Year Old Randall Richard Potter Allegedly Advised He Had Shot Someone During An Argument Over Money. When Deputies Responded And Learned The Victim Had Driven Himself To The Hospital. Potter Is Charged With Malicious Wounding, Reckless Handling Of A Firearm And Other Charges. He Is Being Held In The Southwest Regional Jail In Duffield With No Bond.
