A Woman Who Died In A Mount Carmel House Fire Has Been Identified. 70 Year Old Patricia Osborne Died In The April 25th Fire On North Sherbrooke Circle. The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation And The Hawkins County Sheriff Department Are Investigating The Incident. No Fould Play Is Suspected At This Time.
