The Kingsport Police Department Is Investigating A Shooting In Downtown. It Happened Tuesday Night In The 2100 Block Of East Center Street. Officers Found A Man With A Gunshot Wound To The Upper Thigh. The Victim Alleged Several Unknown Men Were Trying To Purchase A TV When An Altercation Occurred And One Of The Men Allegedly Shot Him In The Leg While Fleeing. No Arrests Have Been Made At This Time.
