The Tennessee College Of Applied Technology Elizabethton Is Losing Its Current President. David Hicks, Who Spent Two Successful Years Leading The School, Has Announced His Resignation Effective June 28th. He Took The Job With The Plan Of Commuting Back And Forth To His Family In Georgia On The Weekends For The First Two Years, Until His Family Could Move To The Area But Hicks Is Now Planning To Move Back To Georgia. The Board Of Regents Is Putting Together A Search Committee To Begin Finding Hicks Successor.
