An Investigation Is Continuing Into A Fatal Accident In Washington County Tennessee Involving An Ems Crash Truck. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, The Emergency Vehicle Was Traveling North When It Struck A Riding Lawn Mower Traveling In The Same Direction. The Driver Of The Lawn Tractor, 84 Year Old Donald Curd, Was Fatally Injured. The Driver Of The Ems Truck Was Not Injured.
