A Johnson City Man Is Facing An Aggravated Domestic Assault Charge And One Count Of Misdemeanor Vandalism. Johnson City Police Responded To A Home In The 1100 Block Of Lark Street In Reference To A Domestic Disturbance. An Investigation Determined 44 Year Old Valeriano Portillo Allegedly Got Into Another Persons Home And Threatened Them With A Utility Knife, Also Causing Damaged To The Property. Portillo Is Scheduled To Appear In Court Soon.
