These Will Include Moving Municipal Elections From November To August, Removing One Of The Three Required Readings For The City To Pass An Ordinance, Extending The Term Of Board Of Commissioners And Board Of Education Members By Two Years, And To Give The City Manager Power To Make Temporary Appointments Of Employees.
