A Johnson City Man Has Been Arrested After A Shots Fired Call. Officers Responded To A Home In The 200 Block Of Wilson Avenue. When They Arrived They Found The Suspect 45 Year Old Marcus Prather. The Victim Was Located In A Neighboring County With A Non Life Threatening Gunshot Wound To The Leg And Was Transported To The Hospital For Treatment. An Investigation Determined The Gunfire Was Triggered By An Argument That Turned Physical. Prather Is Being Held In The Washington County Detention Center.
