The Driver Of A Vehicle In Greene County That Got Impaled By A Tree Is Facing DUI And Child Endangerment Charges. 31 Year Old Christopher Moir Jr. Is Also Facing Several Traffic Violations Involving The Incident That Occurred On April 20th On State Route 107. The Tennessee Highway Patrol Said The Vehicle Went Off The Road And Into A Ditch Line And Striking A Downed Tree. The Tree Reportedly Entered Through The Windshield. Moir Was Injured In The Crash But A Seven Year Old Was Not Injured. Moir Will Appear In Court Soon.
