A Castlewood Virginia Man Has Been Sentenced After A Special Needs Child Suffered Severe Frostbite. 44 Year Old Michael Shik Park Was Found Guilty In January Of Reckless Endangerment Of A Child And Child Abuse And Neglect Causing Serious Injury. The 16 Year Old Child With Special Needs Was Found Living In A Box Trailer At A Home On Gravel Lick Road. The Child Had To Have His Limbs Amputated Due To The Severity Of The Frostbite. Park Will Serve 11 Years In Prison.
