The Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office Has Charged A Russellville Man In Connection With A Shooting Incident. 46 Year Old Eric Neil Ward Is Charged With Three Counts Of Attempted Second Degree Murder In A Shooting That Occurred Last August On Fanny Collins Road Following Some Type Of Altercation Between Him And Three Victims. Ward Is Also Wanted On A Felony Probation Warrant In North Carolina. He’s Also Charged With Being A Fugitive From Justice. Ward Remains Behind Bars.
