Sullivan County Leaders Have Approved A Resolution Which Will Allow Improvements At Observation Knob Park. It Will Allow 80-Thousand Dollars In Revenues Generated By The Park For Capital Improvements. These Include A New Boat Dock, New Picnic Tables, Recreational Benches, Trash Bins, Pet Waste Stations And An Information Center. No Time Frame Has Been Established For The Work To Start.
